Please note that if your order is being delivered by a courier agency or third party, Hhouse of Breadss cannot guarantee the delivery of the order. The shipment of products across the country will be handled by our courier company partners, and the delivery will be subject to their terms and conditions.

 

Please be aware that the requested delivery date is not binding. The estimated delivery date & time depends on various factors, including the availability of the product, the delivery destination, holidays, and other external factors. Deliveries will be done on same day as agreed by the two parties. Deliveries made by third-party courier partners will not be made on Sundays and public holidays. If the delivery is not completed due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping/delivery address, premises being locked, or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery, you will still be charged for the order.

 

Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. However, if a product is not available on the day of delivery, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund process. We only accept returns if you have received a spoiled, damaged or incorrect product.

After we review your return request, we will schedule a pick-up time that works for both parties. We will then conduct quality checks on the returned item before processing the refund. Our goal is to process all refunds within 7 working days.
